1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sukhayaa website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Sukhayaa provides premium spa and wellness services including, but not limited to:

• Massage therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy)
• Facial treatments and skincare services
• Ayurvedic wellness treatments
• Body scrubs, wraps, and detoxification treatments
• Yoga and meditation sessions
• Nail care and beauty services
• Wellness packages and specialized programs

Service descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Reservation Requirements

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person
• All bookings require accurate personal information including name, contact details, and any relevant health information
• Valid payment information may be required to confirm your reservation
• Certain services may require advance booking of 24-48 hours

3.2 Arrival Time

Clients are requested to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments, with no reduction in charges.

3.3 Age Restrictions

Certain services are available only to clients aged 18 and above. Clients under 18 may access specific services with written parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service if appropriate consent is not provided.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• Digital wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe)
• Net banking
• UPI payments
• Cash (for walk-in clients)

4.3 Deposit and Advance Payment

Certain services or packages may require advance payment or a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable except as provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.4 Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service prices and is entirely at the client's discretion. If you wish to show appreciation for exceptional service, gratuities can be provided directly to the service provider or added to your payment.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed information regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Key points include:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for individual appointments
• Package bookings may have different cancellation requirements
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

6. Health and Medical Disclosure

6.1 Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or any other health concerns before receiving services. This information helps our therapists provide safe and appropriate treatments.

6.2 Medical Consultation

Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients with specific medical conditions should consult with their healthcare provider before booking spa treatments. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe they may not be suitable for a client's health condition.

6.3 Liability

Sukhayaa is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health complications arising from failure to disclose relevant medical information or from ignoring the advice of our therapists.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Client Behavior

We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Clients are expected to:

• Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, loud conversations, or use of mobile devices in treatment areas
• Follow spa etiquette and guidelines provided by staff
• Report any concerns or discomfort immediately to staff

7.2 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments without refund if a client:

• Behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or in a threatening manner
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Makes inappropriate advances toward staff members
• Violates our policies or disrupts the spa environment

8. Valuables and Personal Property

While we provide secure lockers for storing personal belongings, Sukhayaa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, valuables, or vehicles. We recommend leaving valuable items at home and using the provided lockers for items you bring with you.

9. Photography and Media

Photography and video recording are prohibited in treatment rooms and private areas. Clients may take photos in designated public areas only. We may take promotional photographs of our facilities, and by visiting our spa, you consent to being photographed in public areas unless you explicitly opt out.

10. Gift Certificates and Vouchers

• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated
• Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
• Gift certificates cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
• Any unused balance remains on the gift certificate for future use within the validity period

11. Packages and Memberships

11.1 Validity

Spa packages and membership benefits are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

11.2 Non-Transferable

Unless explicitly stated, packages and memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased them.
